Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Auto Repair, Roadside Assistance, Car Emergency Service, Small Engine Mechanic, Vehicle Maintenance provided by Nichols Mobile Mechanic. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://nicholsmobilemechanic.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nichols Mobile Mechanic or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Nichols Mobile Mechanic may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
